Dear Participant:
As the end of the year approaches, we would like to make you aware of the exciting new features being offered to WageWorks' participants in 2010 and provide you with a few important Health Care Card reminders.

Starting in 2010 You Will Be Able to Submit Claims Via the Web
Effective January 1, 2010, you will be able to log into your account at www.wageworks.com and submit health care and dependent care reimbursement claims via an online process. After entering your claim information, you can choose between uploading a scanned copy of your receipt and completing the process electronically or printing a pre-populated copy of the online claim form which you can then submit along with your documentation via fax or mail. Watch your upcoming statements for more information and detailed instructions.

Starting in 2010, You Will Be Able To Use the WageWorks Health Care Card During Your Grace Period to Exhaust Your Previous Plan Year Balance
Effective January 1, 2010, if you reenroll for the new plan year, you will be able to use your WageWorks Health Care Card during the grace period to draw funds from your previous plan year account. In the past, if you wanted to spend down your previous year balance, you had to either schedule a Pay My Provider (PMP) payment or submit a claim using the Pay Me Back (PMB) process. Now, you can also simply swipe your Card and WageWorks will draw the funds directly from your previous year account until the balance is exhausted. PMB and claims PMP payments will continue to be paid from the previous plan year account until the funds are exhausted. Watch your upcoming statements for more information and detailed instructions.

Review Your Card's Expiration Date
If you are already enrolled in the Health Care FSA for 2009,
please take a look at the expiration date on your Card.
If your Card is expiring in 2009, you and any eligible
dependent with an expiring Card will receive a new Card
prior to the beginning of the 2010 plan year.
Please Note: If your Card is currently suspended due to unverified Card transactions,
the delivery of your new Card will be delayed until after the start of the new plan year.
Please take this opportunity to go to www.wageworks.com to review and resolve
any outstanding Card transactions.

Shop with the Card only at Approved Merchants
If using a WageWorks Health Care Card, shop only at general merchandise stores or pharmacies that have an IRS-approved inventory system in place. Visit www.sigis.com for the most updated list of approved merchants. The Card should decline if the merchant is not approved. If you use the Card at a health care provider or pharmacy that does not have the system you will be asked to submit a receipt for verification.

Resolve All Unverified Card Transactions Before the End of the Plan Year
Please review your account statement for unverified Card transactions. Your Card privileges require you to submit appropriate receipts or repayment for any amount that appears under Receipt or Repayment Needed. All outstanding transactions must be resolved before the end of the plan year.
